BMCC GOES TO PINEWOOD STUDIOS

'THE BANK JOB'

Starring BMCC Members:

Debby, our Membership Secretary was contacted by a member of the production team for a new production being filmed at the end of February.

The film is a feature length film about a Bank Robbery that took place at the Lloyds Bank in Baker Street, London in 1971, starring Jason Statham and David Suchet. It should be in Cinemas in Spring 2008.

The production company needed cars that would be typically seen on the streets at that time.

As we only had 24 hours to try and contact as many members as possible, Debby phoned around to gain permission from members to pass on their contact details. If you were not contacted, you may have been out when she rang.

Filming took place on Tuesday 27th February, Wednesday 28th February and Thursday 1st March with members attending on various days.
